Probably 16.. that's how it is in most places.. when I first saw this question, I was going to say, Today, but, the commute would be rough, since I live in Georgia.. Good luck on acquiring a job, if that's what you're looking for.

15 with a hardship which means you get permission from labor dept to work...you can babysit in the neighborhood or do yard work at any age...but at a place you gotta be 16. to be a server 18
